Minecon starts in 3 days, which will kick off the full version of Minecraft and the official end of the beta period. This means you have 3 days to buy it at the beta price (€14.95/$21). The final release price will be €20 (≈ $28).

For those who already own Minecraft, you can preview the final version with the current pre-release, 1.0 Release Candidate 2, which you can find here. To use a pre-release you have to already own a copy of Minecraft, but if you follow the instructions it’s rather easy to do. (more…)

I know some books were a bore to read throughout high school and college, but after finishing the book,  didn’t you think that it was awe inspiring? It was as if you felt like something changed inside you after you finished reading. Opening new ideas and new worlds for your mind to venture to, and sometimes hate what the author has to say. I’ve grown to love these historical and controversial books because they hold truth in our American history. (more…)
