Like anime? Love anime? Do you watch it every so often or every day? Are you otaku-like or a crazy weaboo? Either way, my anime lovers, you’ll be excited to hear this news.

For those of you keeping track of the “Black ★ Rock Shooter” anime, a 50-minute OVA, then you know of its stream on the Nico Nico Douga website that started back this past June on the 25th. Amazingly, the theme song was done by Vocaloid’s beloved Hatsune Miko (insert screaming fans here). What is even more amazing is what is happening now at the 2010 Wonder Festival Summer Venue!

Right now, Directory Shinobu Yoshioka, Producer Takashi Bum Ahn Arts, and Supervisor Yamamoto Hiroshi of “Black ★ Rock“  will be at the 2010 Wonder Festival with a amazing stage show for every faithful fan to see as well as new Black ★ Rock products, exhibits, and figurines (picture courtesy of Animeraku).

Admission to get into the festival costs about ¥2,0000 or $23 (AnimeExpo

admission costs about $80). Sounds nice, right? Unfortunately, the 2010 Wonder Festival is located in Japan at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall. Boo! So much for seeing it’s awesomeness in person. :(

Even with this little tidbit of information, there is even greater news! Vocaloid2 Lily, the newest edition to the Vocaloid group, will be out to the public this year in August 25.  Her voice, unlike Hatsune Miko’s computer-synthesized one, will be done by Masuda Yuri (vocalist from m.o.v.e.). Lily‘s voice software, when available to the public, will be priced at around ¥15,750 or around $180. It is a little pricey, but not unexpected since this is an advaced synthesised voice software.

The only thing now to do is wait as see what Japan has more in store for us!
