Paragon Studios brings you the next expansion to City Of Heroes. This expansion is called “Going Rogue”, and the video discusses how you can choose your own destiny. It’s kind of like Fable but with super heroes, and villains. They will have new quests, and a new storyline. The developers at Paragon also explain that the expansion is “about as close to starting a new MMO”.

This should be pleasing to the fans, and for new players.
