Finally! Cooliris comes out with a new Version of their multimedia viewer. With their easy-to-use large paneling and pictures, locating a file is simple with a swipe of a mouse.

You can view you’re own pictures, movies, and videos on Cooliris, as well as look up and keep track of videos from Youtube, search pictures from Picasa, Google up pictures, Facebook albums, or videos from your favorite website (all via RSS). They even have simplified searches to make it easier to find your favorite episodes (YES! I get to watch more of House episodes!).

For now, Cooliris works completely well with Firefox (also works well with Google, Safari, and IE depending on your OS and Cooliris’s system requirements), but at least it runs faster that its previous version (isn’t that what really matters?).

I find this program to be quite convenient if you just want to look at multimedia. Now if only they could hook this up to a touch screen…..Hmm…What do you think?
