Hideki Sakamoto is a well known Videogame music composer in Japan.  He made huge contributions to games such as Yakuza 2, Echochrome, Castlevania: Judgement, and Yakuza 3.

Now you can watch him produce live straight from the Echochrome 2 studio. That would make it 13 hours ahead of the East Coast. You should listen to the music it’s very beautiful.
