I decided to download the free demo to see how well it will run on my PC. Let’s just say.. I am very impressed by the fans who made this. It totally blew my mind, and I can’t stop playing it.

The demo has 3 stages you can play through. The soundtrack, and sounds have been remastered from the original. It keeps that nostalgic feeling of playing Sonic 1, and 2 back in the day. There are no items in game yet, but everything else is perfect! It’s better than the new Sonic: Episode 1 in my opinion.

I am not saying the new Sonic: Episode 1 is bad. But we the 80s, early 90s folks that played Sonic 1, and 2 would like to at least see the classics remade in all it’s glory. That’s why I love this game very much, and I hope it gets completed. Sega needs to understand what the fans want, and I hope this can be the answer in making Episode 2.

*I recommend watching this in HD at medium or full screen so you can see the detail of the game.
