Everyone loves a bit of the old, retro games once in a while. So why not make it into an awesome movie?
The Organ Trail, a popular game back in the early 90′s (personally, I hated that game since my teacher always made us play that game and I always died), is now a “movie trailer.” Check out this awesome clip!
I knew it! It was only time before the Yogi Bear cartoon became a movie! But in 3D? I’m not quite sure of the hype for it, but I’ll watch it for old times sake. :3 Here in this trailer, Yogi Bear, Boo Boo, and Ranger Smith combine forces to save their beloved Jellystone Park. The movie itself will be out this year on December 17th.
And do me a favor, will you? Watch this movie and tell me what you think!
Not only does Ichiro love Dragon Quest, but he has that magical touch with his fans. Watch this fan as she goes nuts, and becomes star struck after Ichiro almost crashes into her. The funny part, the girl next to her was probably thinking “I don’t know this crazy girl”.
Xbox360 Tokumeika introduces The IdolMaster 2 the sequel to the ever popular IdolMaster. It’s possible the video is hinting of a Kinect feature. In my opinion, mostly likely this feature will be included, and it would give a great dance/workout experience. The game will be released in spring of 2011.
Crytek developers release their first video diary explaining the origins of Crysis, and the on going development of Crysis 2. They will do frequent video updates before the actual game arrives in a few months. So if you haven’t kept up with the series then head on over to MyCrysis. Also if you register a new account on their website, you might be able to get into the beta program.
First look on the sequel to Echochrome for the Playstation 3. This sequel will be released for the PS3 Move, and will create a different kind of gameplay.
Now if you are not familiar with the style of Echochrome. The style was originated from the famous artist named M.C. Escher who created infinite realities. He made the mind believe that there is more then one way to view a certain perspective.
The first Echochrome game was a simple black and white puzzle game. You had to control the game by rotating the level using the analog controller to get your character to reach his goal. In this sequel the video shows a more colorful 3D space where you utilize the Move controller to cast shadows. So instead of rotating the entire level you will cast shadows in the background to complete your objective.
It’s a very unique game. It does separate from M.C. Escher’s work with the infinite realities. By the looks of the video it will not be as complicated as the first sequel. You are practically casting shadows keeping the character in a 2D scenario instead of a 3D scenario like the first game. I was hoping they would keep the idea of the first game. They could have revamped the graphics to drawings like M.C. Escher to make it more realistic, and challenging. We’ll just have to wait when it comes out. For now it’s an interesting concept, but not to sure if I’m fond of the whole static gameplay.
